We have been able to identify a supplier for a Mercian Volunteers shield, as above.
Details are:
Hand made with embossed design and individually hand painted.
Mounted on a wooden shield 7" x 6"
One scroll at base that reads Mercian Volunteers (not 1st or 2nd Bn Mercian Volunteers)
If we are able to collect orders for 20 or more, then the cost is £22 incl p & p each. This represents a considerable saving on the manufacturer's individual price.
